Your new assistant works in an office with many security advantages: Each assistant is carefully screened and must pass a background check. Our non-disclosure agreement assures you we will not share any information with anyone outside of our company. No one outside of our office has access to your information (files, documents, emails, contacts, etc.). We use state of the art security software to prevent spyware or computer viruses. Our office does not store any important information on our computers. Instead confidential information is stored in our secured network. Any printed materials are shredded before being sent for recycling. For extra security, we also suggest sharing passwords with our assistants through programs like LastPass.
At Webstreetpro, we respect the value of your time and money of our clients. You can track the progress of work through daily, weekly and monthly reports. We have an internal time-log which is maintained by your virtual assistant on daily basis keep track of their time. The assistant computes the exact amount of time spent on doing a particular task and sends you a daily report with details at the end of each day.
We work as per standard business hours (Monday to Friday). You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your personal assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.
This particular service is available only for Indian market as of now.
It depends upon your requirements (job description). In general, our virtual assistants work standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am (Day 1) to 2 am (Day 2) i.e.18 hours a day

You will be billed at the end of each month according to the plan you've signed up to. Prices for packages start at £151 per month. If you're unhappy with the service, you cancel your plan anytime in the first 30 days and receive a full refund.

You have 60 days to use your all the hours. If you're concerned about using all the hours. We suggest picking a smaller plan to start out with and upgrading from there.
All our payments are received via PayPal only. Sign up for a PayPal account and you're good to go.

Our refund policy is simple. If you do not wish to continue with our services, simply notify us before your next billing date. 85% of the subscription amount will be refunded to you – as long as you claim it within 2 days of the transaction. After 2 days, you will not get the refund, but can utilise the hours you purchased for the next 30 days.

Certainly not! The monthly fee you pay is inclusive of all the possible charges and benefits. No hidden costs at all.
We try to resolve your task as soon as possible, after receiving it. In case your task takes longer, you will be intimated by the end of the day. And if you have multiple tasks, once you prioritise them, we will take up tasks as per their urgency.
You will be apprised by our customer relations manager and you will be given any option to upgrade your plan immediately, purchase additional hours at the rate of USD 14/hour or waiting for your next billing cycle.
Webstreetpro allows you to send tasks only from your email addresses that are registered with us at www.Webstreetpro.com. So, whoever has the access to your email addresses can send us tasks and use our services. In case you wish for your family members, relatives or friends to send tasks to us on behalf of you, you would need to share your login credentials at Webstreetpro with them.
Surely you may! You may add your family members, friends and co-workers to your account, once you sign up for our services. All we need is your consent, their names and email address.
Yes our working plan is flexible to suit your needs. You can change your plan, i.e., is upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any point of time. As per our policy, we do not rollover unused hours to the next month, so, we advise you to choose your plan prudently as per your utilization requirements. All your tasks are strictly monitored by your single point of contact, the supervisor present on floor. He/she keeps a keen eye on your tasks and delegates it to the best possible VA with the prerequisite to complete it. Also, all our VAs at Webstreetpro make sure your process is smoothly running.

Yes, we do provide hourly rate services even in our customized plans, if any.
Once you sign up for a plan yow will receive a call or an email from the operations manager with the login credentials of task management portal and introduction to your Virtual Assistant.
Yes, we do provide custom virtual assistant plans. If your needs are something different, which are not covered under our normal VA plans. We can definitely work out on this and send it across to you.
We only hire Virtual Assistants if they have minimum of 7years of experience iin our industry. We also hire freshers so that we have fresh ideas and a good blend helps the company to move smoothly
